In a mysterious and surreal region somewhere between Tehran and Winnipeg, the lives of several characters are intertwined in surprising and mysterious ways. Schoolchildren Negin and Nazgol discover a sum of money frozen in the icy ice and try to redeem it. Meanwhile, Massoud leads an increasingly bewildered group of tourists through Winnipeg’s monuments and historical sites. Mathieu quits his meaningless job at a Quebecois government agency and embarks on a mysterious journey to visit his mother. Space, time, and personal identities blur, intertwine, and resonate in an absurd comedy of misdirection.
